  • Three key consumer behaviors to know in the travel industry

The way we travel is changing. With the pandemic nearing its end phases, interest in travel is rising. Our first-party data has uncovered three primary attitudes that most people take when researching, considering, and purchasing their next adventure.

We found that each of … Read the rest “Three key consumer behaviors to know in the travel industry”

  • GCP.com Sold for $550,000 via Sedo

Yesterday morning, Dave Evanson, Senior Broker at Sedo, reported the sale of GCP.com for $ 550,000. The domain name was sold via Sedo:

At the present time, GCP.com is registered to Sedo’s transfer service email address, so the buyer is not yet known. • Panels Should Consider RDNH Even if Not Requested

A National Arbitration Forum panel presided over a UDRP that was filed against the CyberGuard.com domain name. CyberGuard.com is owned by McAfee, the global computer security company. For whatever reason, the CyberGuard.com domain name does not resolve to a functioning website.

Not surprisingly, the sole UDRP panelist, Terry F. Peppard, ruled in favor of McAfee even though the company did not respond to the UDRP. While the decision was on point, I think the panelist should… Read the rest “Panels Should Consider RDNH Even if Not Requested”
